A photo step by step of a chili coriander pesto.
It's really simple, i mixed two types of chili in this one, the long green ones, and the short jalapeños.
A bunch of cilantro, juice of 1 lime, and about 4 cloves of garlic. You could also adjust the seasoning with some salt. I personally left it out. You can drizzle in some olive oil for consistency.
You can use it in your cooking to add a bit, or a lot of heat. Or it can be used as a condiment on the table.
